Ndidi leaves Leicester City after contract talks stall

The Foxes announced that talks with the former KRC Genk star were ongoing but have failed to produce results.

Ndidi, 27, who joined Leicester City in January 2015 from Belgian club Genk, will now seek opportunities elsewhere.

The midfielder has already been linked with several clubs in Europe and has also received offers from Saudi Arabia.

During his time at Leicester, Ndidi made 273 appearances, scoring 17 goals and providing 17 assists.

He played a crucial role in the club’s FA Cup, Community Shield and Championship triumphs.
