Motorcyclist in critical condition after collision with parked car

A 21-year-old motorcyclist has been left in a critical condition after colliding with a parked car in Sheffield.

South Yorkshire Police said the man, who was driving a black Piaggio Fly, crashed into a stationary Toyota Yaris on Sharrow Lane, Nether Edge.

The collision occurred at 00:25 BST on Monday and the man remains in hospital.

Anyone who was in the area at the time or who has information about the collision, including dashcam or CCTV footage, is urged to contact police.
