Unregistered drive-ins invited to join in the family fun

Organizers of the 2024 OBD Williams-Fossett Vintage Car Show on Saturday, August 10, understand that family plans change, or perhaps some owners of interesting vehicles never registered for this Saturday’s Vintage Show. That’s why they welcome unregistered drive-ins to join in on the family fun. “Just show up,” organizers emphasized.

The 11th annual event will be held at the former Harbor Room, now renamed Point North on Bristol Road in New Harbor, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., immediately following the annual Olde Bristol Days Parade. Vintage Show attendees are invited to join the front of the parade, which is optional.

Owner Xavier Cervera not only welcomes the show, but will also provide amenities for the day. “I’ll open the building for people to use the restrooms and escape the heat,” Cervera said. “I’m happy to help.”
