White & Case brings in Chauvin as a junior partner in London

Alexandra Chauvin has joined White & Case as a junior partner in London, the firm said Monday.

Chauvin, who joins the firm’s investment funds practice and global private equity industry group, advises institutional investors and managers on all aspects of their business and operations, with an emphasis on structuring and executing secondary transactions in the U.S. and Europe in private alternative investment funds, according to the firm.

Its experience spans a broad range of private equity-led solutions, including continuation vehicles, fund restructurings, portfolio sales and other liquidity solutions, the firm said.
