First look inside Belfast’s largest new student apartments

Belfast’s largest student accommodation building is set to open its doors in a matter of months.

The Student Roost apartments will open in September 2024 at Nelson Place and will offer 774 en suite bedrooms and studios, as well as being home to Ulster University’s new state-of-the-art sports centre and wellbeing facilities.

It will also have wellness areas, a spinning studio, a gym with the latest TechnoGym equipment, a mezzanine dedicated to cardio, a weights section, a rooftop running track and even a badminton hall with four courts, which can also be used for basketball and netball, for students to enjoy.

Located across the road from the University of Ulster and part of Student Roost’s established student quarter in Belfast, Nelson Place is Student Roost’s fifth property in the capital and positions students studying at any Belfast university in the heart of the city centre.
