Police have cordoned off an area near Moston this evening amid reports of a serious incident. Albine Street and part of the pavement along Moston Lane are cordoned off with police at the scene.

Photos and video of the incident show an ambulance and paramedics also present outside the California Wines store.

Part of the sidewalk outside California Wines was cordoned off, as was the adjacent Albine Street.
