Radisson Blu Glasgow relaunches bar and restaurant as part of £15m refurbishment

Radisson Blu has announced the relaunch of its bar and restaurant, The Grahamston, as part of the hotel’s £15 million refurbishment.

A new menu created by the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Matt Mills, will showcase Scottish produce with Asian flavours.

Mills is bringing influences from his time working in pan-Asian kitchens to the new dishes at the hotel’s revamped downtown restaurant.

He said: “We are thrilled to reopen with a new concept that celebrates Scotland’s rich culinary heritage while embracing the vibrant flavours of Asia.

“Our team has developed a menu that reflects our passion for creating a memorable dining experience.”
