Stevie Nicks touched hearts during her London concert on Friday night.

The rocker, who was joined on stage by Harry Styles during a tribute to her late Fleetwood Mac bandmate Christine McVie, paid tribute to another collaborator, Tom Petty.

Styles joined the rock icon for a rendition of Nicks and Petty’s 1981 hit “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around,” according to The Independent.

Images of Petty were broadcast on a large screen on stage as the duo thrilled the audience, who sang along with them.

Nicks, 76, performed the song at BST Hyde Park in 2017 with the rocker, just months before his death aged 66.

“This is a special day for so many reasons,” the hitmaker told the crowd. “To be back here because I feel his presence. I know he’s at this event and he’s happy with me being here.”

Appearance included other special meanings.

Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around was a song the two performed during Nick’s 2019 Hall of Fame induction.

And it was Styles’ first performance on stage since he wrapped up his Love On Tour last July.

The Grammy winner has called Styles her “adopted” son in the past.

“He’s mine and Mick’s beloved son,” the Edge of Seventeen singer told Rolling Stone.

‘When Harry came into our lives, I said, “Oh my God, this is the son I never had.” So I adopted him.’

Nicks told the audience that performing is one of the ways she copes with grief.

“One thing my mom used to tell me when I was little was… When I was hurt, she would say, ‘Stevie, when you’re hurt, always run to the stage.’ And that’s what I’ve been doing since Chris passed away,” according to Variety.

Brandi Carlile, Anna Calvi and Paris Paloma were among the artists who took the stage in a prelude to Nicks.

Nicks will continue her UK and European tour through July 24.

She will resume her US tour in September.
